Juan J. Hernandez Joins Lilburn Corporation

Lilburn Corporation is pleased to announce that Juan J. Hernandez has joined the firm as Senior Biologist. Mr. Hernandez is well-known in the industry, having spent 10 years with the California Department of Fish and Game in the Marine Resources Division, Inland Fisheries Region 5, and Habitat Conservation Branch offices. He held a variety of positions and was responsible for a marine outreach project, a marine fisheries habitat enhancement project, field surveys of native inland fisheries, regulatory compliance, permit application processing, proposed development impact evaluations and CEQA document review. His career also includes employment with Caltrans, and LSA Associates, Inc. For the past four years, Mr. Hernandez owned and operated a profitable commercial importing/ manufacturing business.

Mr. Hernandez will provide wetlands delineations, general biological assessments and regulatory compliance consultation services. He will be an asset to Lilburn Corporation’s private and public sector clients with his expertise and insight in compliance and mitigation planning. His responsibilities will include the preparation of applications for Streambed Alterations, and Clean Water Act Section 401 and 404 permits.
