We prepare conceptual land use designs and application packages for Temporary Use Permits, Conditional Use Permits, General Plan Amendments, Zone Changes, and Tentative Tract Maps. Lilburn Corporation can prepare Specific Plans for larger projects and we have assisted agencies in the development or updating of their Development Codes.
