In California, any proposed land development, public works, or public infrastructure project will likely require evaluation of the potential environmental effects that may result from the proposal. Compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Surface Mining and Reclamation Act (SMARA), the Federal Endangered Species Act, and the California Endangered Species Act are our principal areas of expertise. Our in-house capabilities also include solid waste planning and permitting and air quality permitting. We consult in the areas of biological resource permitting, habitat conservation planning, revegetation and reclamation, and acquisition of authorizations with federal and state agencies. Lilburn Corporation's experience includes environmental analyses for minor land development projects as well as complex and controversial projects that are initiated with public opposition. Our staff's fundamental understanding of regulations, policies, and procedures required for the acquisition of permits and approval of projects has gained the respect and trust of local, state, and federal agencies. Following are a list of selected CEQA documents (Environmental Impact Reports and Initial Studies) and NEPA documents (Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments) that have been prepared by Lilburn Corporation.
